Upon receiving the Pullnomore Dog Leash you have 14 days to try the leash, if. you are unhappy with the results you can return the leash to the address shown on our website and a full refund will be issued to the payment method used at the time of original purchase.

You will be responsible for the shipping cost when returning the Pullnomore Dog Leash and the refund will be issued upon delivery at our returns address. 

Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect on your bank/credit card statement.
